A little bit about us!

We are a small show home and hobby breeder that relocated from being an established and successful program in Ohio for the past decade to having 5 acres of beautiful property in SE Kansas. All of our dogs are part of our family and lives in the home with us. We are primarily a show home which means all of the dogs that live here are retired show dogs or are currently shown; although I may add we have a couple seniors that are spayed and just live "the good life" on our couch.

I originally was interested in the breed in the mid-2000s around 2010 was when I met my first Corso through friends. I was impressed with their guarding ability and the general "scary dog privilege". I used to be an avid hiker in my twenties and was looking for a breed that I could feel safe with no matter where I traveled which ended up being Corso. They were the best fit for me, knowing and understanding dominant guardian breeds. Also, to add, I came from an obedience background with purebred dogs and had always wanted to show, but never had a dog good enough quality to do so.

That’s what lead to me purchasing my first Corso. I researched and researched because I wanted a particular look, correct structure, as well as from someone who health tested. Back then, health testing was rare. I just so happened to find a good breeder in the state I lived in just a couple hours away and that’s where it all began. Voodoo. My Voodoo, first of many well-bred Corso. I accomplished 10 titles with her, nine of them before she was 2 year old. I made a lasting impression in the breed. I showed the community I could come from a background of obedience and do anything I set my mind to. Now, a decade plus later I'm recognized as an avid preservationist and show breeder. I am working towards my judging license for AKC and I've been lucky enough to judge 2 Sweepstakes (Saint Bernard & Cane Corso). Currently, I handle professionally in the Midwest, specializing in the Cane Corso, other working breeds, as well as sighthounds. In the future, I hope to do more, accomplish more back end titles and become the go-to breeder, trainer and handler in the Midwest.
